Hi, Doreen! Tell us about Baby Bungalow!

Doreen:
Being the mom of 10 children, I started the business because I wanted to bring quality products to other moms. The business was started in 2000 and has been growing strong ever since.

How'd you get involved with EYStudios?

Doreen:
A friend told me about EYStudios. I was instantly taken in by the fun graphics that EYStudios had in their portfolio.

Your Guy @ EY:
Did you deal with Eric or someone else back then?

Doreen:
When I contacted EYStudios I dealt with Eric directly. He has a knack for pulling your ideas out of your head and making them a reality. I had a vision for Baby Bungalow as just a Bungalow of some sort, Eric made the site so much more. It truly is a work of art!

You have a pretty big site! Was it hard dealing with all the new graphics and changes?

Doreen:
EYStudios are really easy-going people to deal with and if there were updates they were more than happy to make them the way that you wanted.

Your Guy @ EY:
That's cool... Have we treated you right in the customer service department?

Doreen:
Customer service was great, always there to pick up the phone and help you in whatever way they could.

Your Guy @ EY:
What are your thoughts on web design and how it relates to selling product?

Doreen:
I think the website and layout is everything to presenting your product to the customer. Being a baby site, the graphics really put a smile on your face - after all - it is suppose to be a "happy" experience when buying for a baby and the graphics do just that, they enhance a customers shopping experience.

Doreen, any other thoughts you'd like to share?

Doreen:
I have now been a customer of EYStudios for a long time now. I always go back to them to add new graphics if needed. I have also started another website - Goddess Pads, which I also had EYStudios do for me because I was so happy with the way they did Baby Bungalow. I can't say enough about the service and the thought they put into everything they do. I am sure I will be going back to EYStudios for any new graphics that I need for my websites.
