Hi, Jim! Tell us about Nationwide Safes.

Jim ODonnell:
NationwideSafes.com is an ecommerce website focused on selling safes and physical security products to the residential and commercial markets.

How did you hear about EYStudios? What was your initial impression of the company?

Jim:
We were referred to EYStudios by one of our developers. From the very beginning, we were very impressed with how accessible EYStudios was by phone. We were also impressed at the outset with EYStudios artistic sense and depth of knowledge of how sites should look and function. These guys know what their doing!

Tell us about the original design and what you were envisioning for the re-design.

Jim:
When we first contacted EYStudios, we already had an existing ecommerce website. Our existing design was “okay”. But, in an industry as competitive as ours, we knew that a design that was just “okay” wouldn’t cut it. To succeed, we knew we needed a design that better portrayed a sense of professionalism and one that better engendered a sense of trust and confidence in our customers. We also needed a design that was easy for customers to use and understand.

Seems like a big project. Did the whole process take a lot of time?

Jim:
Our design was completed much faster than we had anticipated. EYStudios came up with a number of design ideas that we never would have thought of on our own. We were more than pleased with the final product.

What was your impression of EYStudios customer service?

Jim:
EYStudios’ customer service was excellent. Calls were returned right away. Turnaround time on design mockups was very quick. Comments on design mockups were quickly and thoroughly addressed to our satisfaction.

Has your website design been received positively? What impact has it made on sales?

Jim:
Our new design was well-received by our customers. We are a dominant player in our market.

Jim:
We had a couple of false starts with other companies before coming to EYStudios. Many companies promise to be your “one stop” solution, by offering to provide both design and implementation services.
