This is an example of a 3-d modeled logo design. This style is becoming very popular with customers. I've done several headers in this style already. I don't have the time to learn 3-d programs, so I kinda cheat with these. I draw the object as a regular 2-d drawing, scan it in, then apply airbrush techniques in selected areas. It takes a lot longer than ordinary drawings (STILL less time than learning 3-d programs!), but it's still really fun.
